Pascal P. Piazza, Attorney at Law

Pascal Piazza is the current managing partner of Zukowski, Bresenhan & Piazza LLP. He has been with the firm for over 25 years. He has focused on a combined transactional and litigation practice principally in oil and gas, real estate, construction, employment, sales of goods, business counseling, trade secrets, personnel placement, probate and commercial law. After obtaining his high school diploma from Strake Jesuit High School and his B.A. at the University of Notre Dame, Pascal returned home to Houston to earn his J.D. at the University of Houston. He started practicing with John Zukowski and Maurice Bresenhan, Jr. in 1982. He was one of the original four attorneys that started the firm in 1983 that would become Zukowski, Bresenhan & Piazza, L.L.P.  After a brief hiatus between 1984-1990, he rejoined them in 1990.  He has been a partner since January 1991.

He is admitted to practice before the Texas Supreme Court, all Texas courts, the United Supreme Court, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. He has been admitted on case-by-case basis in the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Districts of Northern Alabama, Southern Mississippi, Massachusetts, Southern California, Central California and Northern California. He has been involved in many published appellate opinions. He has published articles on oil & gas law, real estate law, and trade secrets law. He  holds the prestigious Martindale Hubbell rating of Preeminent AV for the Highest Level of Professional Excellence. 

Pascal has played organized soccer beginning at Strake Jesuit and the St. Francis de Sales Soccer Club in 1971, at the University of Notre Dame, and later respectively in the men’s and coed leagues in Houston, Texas. He has coached or been a soccer administrator for 30 years. He is a founder and current president of the Houston Aces. He is the President of the Texas State Soccer Association – South and the former President of the Thirty and Over Recreational Soccer Organization.
