Maurice Bresenhan, Jr. is a Partner with Zukowski, Bresenhan & Piazza LLP, where he focuses his practice on employment, construction, transportation, and family law. He has practiced litigation in state and federal courts throughout Texas and the country for over 40 years. In 1986, he and John Zukowski formed this firm with the goal of providing excellent legal service built on a solid base of expertise and experience. He currently represents business entities and individuals in litigation matters, including civil, commercial and consumer law, construction and real estate, product liability, environmental, professional liability, and trade secrets; design and construction claims; business acquisitions; covenants not to compete; family law, including divorce, child custody, and modifications; and employment law, including labor and employment representation, individual and class action discrimination claims, and administrative matters in Texas and other states. He is highly regarded in both the legal and civic communities; he has been named a Super Lawyer and holds the prestigious Martindale Hubbell rating of Preeminent AV for the Highest Level of Professional Excellence.
